Gloss: Gently wipe away loose dirt with a dry microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp microfiber cloth and a small amount of Dawn Powerwash to clean the surface. Allow the case to dry completely before storing it. Do not use Magic Erasers, as they may damage the gloss finish and dull its shine. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the shell or its finish.

To remove fingerprints and scuffs, gently rub the affected area with a Magic Eraser. Allow the case to dry completely before storing it. I’m a frequent traveler, this year alone, I’ve taken more than 100 flights and logged over 111,000 miles in the air with many more flights to go this year. I’ve tried plenty of luggage over the years, and I have friends who have gone through just about every major suitcase brand. What continues to impress me about Roam is how incredibly well the products hold up.
Luggage takes a beating. It gets tossed around, dragged over uneven sidewalks, stacked between other bags for hours, and I'm sure takes a few tumbles behind the scenes that we never see. The craftsmanship and durability of Roam products are genuinely impressive.
A few years ago, one of the wheels on my original case broke, and I got to see firsthand that your “lifetime warranty” really does mean lifetime. The case couldn’t be repaired, and Roam simply replaced it. That experience stuck with me.
I’ve also given Roam cases as gifts because I think they’re such a great combination of durability, design, and practicality and, perhaps most importantly, they’re incredibly easy to spot on the baggage carousel.

As an airline pilot who travels tens of thousands of miles through scores of airports every year this case has been a revelation! It rolls smoothly and is super lightweight. It also really expands so you can use it on a two week trip or just a few days. Possibly the best part of this product is the warranty. ROAM quickly replaced the zipper after a malfunction no questions. And when some overzealous baggage gorilla punctured it they completely replaced it. Even after 5 years of hard service!
