Designing Your ROAM
Start by choosing your size and any features you want (expandability, a front pocket), then select your shell color and finish with your trim. Three steps, and it's yours.

Materials & Construction
Our shells are made from Makrolon polycarbonate, a German-engineered material widely regarded as the industry gold standard for durability and weight. Each shell uses a 50/50 blend of recycled and virgin Makrolon, which maximizes the use of GRR-certified pre-consumer industrial waste without sacrificing the impact resistance needed to protect your belongings trip after trip.
The shell's signature raised ribs serve a dual purpose: they are the visual backbone of ROAM's Art Deco-inspired silhouette and act as a buffer, absorbing contact before it reaches the case surface. The chamfered edge catches light like a hand-beveled detail on fine jewelry and reduces bulk so the case sits flush against the leg when rolling.
Our cases feature Japanese-engineered Hinomoto ball-bearing wheels with 360-degree spin. They deliver near-silent, effortless mobility across every surface, from polished airport terminals to hotel carpeting.
The telescopic handle is aircraft-grade aluminum with up to four height settings and a ribbed, ergonomic grip built for the demands of frequent travel. Each case also has integrated top, side, and bottom carry handles for confident grip at every angle. The bottom grab handle is specifically designed for overhead bins, car trunks, and baggage carousels.
We use water-resistant YKK zippers, the global benchmark in zipper engineering. All zippers and binding are reinforced with lock-stitch construction using military-grade T210 nylon thread, sewn to resist unraveling and built for long-term strength.
Yes. Each case includes an integrated TSA-approved combination lock, so security can inspect your bag without damage to the lock or case.
The interior is designed with the same rigor as the exterior. A hanging compression board keeps garments in place to minimize wrinkling and maximize packing capacity, flanked by two large organizational pockets. A zippered mesh compartment on the opposing side handles bulkier items like shoes, sweaters, and toiletries. The compression board can also be removed entirely and hung in a hotel closet, keeping clothes off unfamiliar surfaces and ready to wear.
The lining is made from 100% recycled fabric with an antimicrobial treatment. Every interior trim edge is finished in vegan leather so garments, including delicate knitwear, never snag.

Our warranty covers non-cosmetic damage caused by defects in materials or workmanship when your case is used for travel as intended.
Every ROAM ships with a dust cover that doubles as a laundry bag, complimentary ground shipping, and free returns, backed by our 100-day trial and lifetime limited warranty.

Ordering & Shipping
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
With standard shipping, your order will be built, shipped, and delivered within 7 to 10 business days. That timeframe includes both production and delivery.
Yes. With Expedited shipping, your order will be built, shipped, and delivered in 2 to 5 business days for $100 per item, when placed Monday through Thursday by 10AM ET.
With Guaranteed shipping, your order will be built, shipped, and delivered in 1 to 4 business days for $150 per item, when placed Monday through Thursday by 10AM ET.
Yes. You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships, so you can follow your case from our workshop to your door.
Because each case is built to your specifications, we begin production quickly. Contact our team as soon as possible at support@roamluggage.com and we will do our best to accommodate changes before your case enters production.
Yes. Alaska and Hawaii ship via FedEx Ground. Delivery is typically 9 to 15 business days and costs $230 per item.
Yes. We ship to Canada, with delivery typically within 7 to 10 business days. Email support@roamluggage.com for any questions about your order.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. If you are outside those regions, email support@roamluggage.com and our team can discuss a custom shipping option.
Our warehouse team takes weekends and federal holidays off. Orders placed on those days ship the next business day.

Yes. ROAM gift cards are available and make a thoughtful gift for any traveler. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
