Yes. We offer a 100‑day trial on all custom orders—take your case on a trip (or two). If it’s not the perfect fit, you can return it within 100 days.
Yes—every ROAM suitcase is backed by our lifetime limited warranty, covering non‑cosmetic damage due to manufacturer defects. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Our lifetime limited warranty covers non‑cosmetic damage caused by defects in materials or workmanship when your case is used for travel as intended.
Once we receive your luggage for a valid warranty claim, we’ll repair or replace it (as applicable) and ship it back within 30 days of receiving your original luggage.

Free ground shipping typically delivers in 3–10 business days after your order ships.
Yes. You can choose expedited shipping at checkout (2–5 business days when placed Mon–Thurs by 10AM ET) for $100 per item.
Yes—Alaska & Hawaii ship via FedEx Ground. Delivery is typically 9–15 business days and costs $230 per item.
At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada. If you’re outside the U.S. or Canada, our Support Team can help with a custom shipping quote—just email support@roamluggage.com.
Yes. We offer a 100‑day trial for all custom orders—so even customized cases can be returned, even if you’ve taken it on a trip or two.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards however all ROAM cases are still covered by our lifetime guarantee.
