    May convenient details but watch out for the TSA lock!

    On its maiden voyage, my new luggage got scuffed up and had a LOT of black transfer marks. I used a wet Magic Eraser and with a little elbow grease it cleaned right up! I could tell my poor luggage had taken a beating but made it without any major dings, dents, or other damage! It did beautifully getting me in and out of the airport. I love the top and side handles, as well as the collapsing handle with 2 different settings for wheeling it around. The wheels move in all directions and glide super easily. The inside is gorgeous and I loved the hidden shoe compartments, compression boards, and straps to hold the boards down. The buckles on the straps were very easy to use but sturdy. I loved being able to personalize and monogram my luggage too. The only suggestion I have is: info on TSA locks should be addressed on your website. My luggage was inspected by the TSA and I don't travel much so I didn't know that some luggage have TSA locks so the TSA can use a special key to open it and then they don't have to break the lock if they need to inspect it. My lock wasn't working after the TSA opened it, so it took a lot of googling to discover that they had used their special key to open it, but left the TSA lock in the wrong position so that my lock would no longer work properly. The combination could not be reset and the lock opened no matter what the numbers were set to on the combination lock. I was fortunately able to purchase a key on Amazon for $5.99 and get the lock to work…

    PERFECT SIZE AND SHARP LOOKING

    I recently received the London check-in model. I love the way it looks, its functionality, and its size for airline and auto travel. The quality is outstanding and the company’s customer service for questions is readily available. We recently just ordered a small backpack to match my luggage. We also ordered the zippered tote bag. You won’t go wrong with this companies product line.

    Fantastic Bag!

    We purchased the check-In because of the medium sizing for our European trip. It’s a great size making it so easy to maneuver through all the uneven streets, and the compression boards really make for easy packing! We love it!
