Gloss: Gently wipe away loose dirt with a dry microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp microfiber cloth and a small amount of Dawn Powerwash to clean the surface. Allow the case to dry completely before storing it. Do not use Magic Erasers, as they may damage the gloss finish and dull its shine. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the shell or its finish.

    Best Luggage I’ve Had

    My boyfriend has traveled the world several times with his ROAM carry-on and when it finally cracked they replaced it for free. We were absolutely delighted so given that level of service and how happy he’s been with the quality of the luggage itself I decided to upgrade my own luggage. My comparable mid-size check in had been on many a trip including a lot of international travel for years and the wheels were just not as smooth as I wanted anymore.

    I built this snazzy looking bag with ROAM and flew cross country then onto a few more flights recently. 5 flights within about 4 weeks. The bag definitely got tossed around hard by handlers so you can see some scratches and scuffs but the zippers, handle and wheels are the best I’ve ever experienced. The bag holds more than it looks like and the wheels glide making a heavy-ish bag much easier to manage. Looking forward to investing in a carry-on size next.

    It looks sharp and rolls easy. I took my 1st trip with it two weeks ago. The airlines didn't break it and the dirt that was on it at my destination wiped off with a rag. The shine was restored and my bag looked great.

    I purchased the carry-on and check-in expandable. The craftsmanship of the Rome luggage is five stars, period!!! organizing my weekend getaway is so easy with all the compartments to store exactly what I need. The wheels on this luggage feels like you’re taking off in a F1 race car. Definitely worth the price I paid.
