    Great Suitcase

    I found ROAM because I was looking for an American made suitcase, and I was excited when I learned they have a lifetime guarantee on their suitcases. I ended up getting the latest model of this suitcase for my trip to Europe, and it worked very well. The wheels are smooth, the expandable feature was very useful for repacking when moving city to city, and the buckle packing system is easy to use. The customization was not initially a big draw for me, but it turned out to be a fun way to personalize the suitcase and helpful when retrieving the suitcase from checked baggage. The gloss finish looks nice, and my suitcase was well made. The extendable handle feels pretty light so I was concerned it might break, but I haven't noticed any signs of weakness or breaking after lifting the whole suitcase up by the handle to go onto stairs, escalators, subways, and trains numerous times. I look forward to my next big trip with my ROAM luggage and its use for many years to come. I was concerned by some of the reviews saying the suitcase wasn't good quality, but I think they got it right with this model based on its performance on my trip. If it breaks in the future, it is nice to have the lifetime guarantee assuming the company will be around for a while. I also bought and used the plastic suitcase cover when moving city to city, and it was already beat up upon arriving in Europe. I don't think this is the company's fault for making a cheap cover, but rather I think it shows it did its job…

    Love it

    LOVE THE combination that you can put in and the TSA can get into it to find what's in your suitcase if needed.

    Also Love the variations of colors I got a blue/tan, my husband got a black/white.

    We travel a lot too Jamaica thank you!
